Photoshoot with the Girls!
My friend had this Photoshoot planned for quite some time (as I mentioned here before) for her new painting theme: “Fairytales” . She finally got to it the other day- after collecting various ‘stage decorations’ , raiding several second hand stores for fabric and accessories and preparing the cat for a crowd of crazy gals!
The whole idea for this project was to
- …photograph our pretty friend Bianca
- …do some photo-manipulationing (does that word even exist?!) on her
- …painting the whole thing on 7×7 feet canvas.
- …selling it to the highest bidder, lol;)
Transforming Bianca into Cinderella! Throwing some fabric and make-up on her;-)
Ok, here Angela is showing Cinderella how to ‘position’ herself! The facial expressions are unbeatable, lol! Is Bianca really getting it, or is Angela doing her daily work-out and mixed up the location?
So this is after 1 hour Shoot, you can see it is getting wicked in here!
“Bianca, we are shooting Cinderella, not Mother Holle…”
The Photoshoot was done, next step was to manipulate some pictures. You can see the Before & After below.

The last step now is to paint this on canvas. Angela will start this as soon as she is back from her Art Show in Labrador! I’ll keep you updated. In the meantime, you can check out her art here!
And for everyone who wondered, who Bianca was: She is an Animation Artist. You can view her Demo Reel or drop her a line on her blog!
