Clementine Box Doll Bed

March 15, 2011 |  by  |  Blog, DIY

Mr. T. loves clementines! Needless to say that we have a lot of empty clementine boxes! They have been abandoned in the kitchen corner for the longest time. I was never quite sure, what to do with them.

We are living next to a golf course and the kids loved to go in the wood behind it and collect all the lost golf balls. So, you are probably wondering ‘What does that have to do with everything?’

Well, see below:

All you need is a clementine box, golf balls, a wire for the fabric and some hot glue, epoxy and paint.

If you don’t like the texture of the golf balls, you can always wrap some fabric around it and fix it with a little bow.

There are more ideas on what to do with clementine boxes, and family chic created this cut breakfast coffee tray among other cute things.

And here is another absolutely adorable doll bed!

So far, so good! Have a good evening. We are having a beautiful sunset today.

  7. Just found your blog–and this doll bed is just the sweetest thing ever. I especially love how you handpainted the name “josephina” on it. That’s my mom’s middle name–I think it is so beautiful.
