I made flowers, which I attached to the garland.
All you need is Christmas lights and air drying modeling clay. My lights were green, so I spray painted them white. I also spray painted over the bulbs, which makes them glow very nice.
Instructions:
Roll the clay flat and cut out 4 leaves per flower.
Shape the flower and stick it onto the light garland.
Very easy and took only 1 hour to finish!
