Diwine on a Dime {Repurposed Wine Crate}

A repurposing wine crate idea that will have you thinking twice about befriending your local wine shop’s owner :-)

Seriously, don’t we love those wine crates! I made this exclusively for Apartment Therapy, for more pictures check it out here!

Also, I can never have enough baskets and boxes for my clutter! Just throw the stuff in and voila- you don’t see it anymore:-) After a couple of month though, it’s that time again…decluttering-my-props-but-I-can-not-make-up-my-mind-what-to-throw- time! Definitely not my favorite time of the year! Sarah takes on the de-clutter challenge (2 weeks, 5 rooms), and holy sh*t, 5 rooms… this is quite some work!

Back to the crate:

The wood of the crate was pretty dense, so I had to pre-drill all holes. (On the bottom corners for the wheels, on the side for the handle)

After attaching the wheels and the handle, I drew the letters onto the adhesive paper. (Don’t forget to mirror it).

Total time: 1hour

Total cost: $5

Btw, in the meantime, you guys must have been reading my online magazine, we have reached fabulous
