Sorbet filled Orange ♥
Those of you who read my Online Mag already saw it, the cute orange, filled with orange sorbet.
Orange Sorbet Recipe:
You will need:
200g caster sugar
300ml pomegranate juice
300ml orange juice
Mix the rosewater and sugar in a
small pot and heat over a low
heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Simmer for about 4-5 minutes to form athin syrup. Let cool down.
Add the syrup to the fruitjuices &stir. Freeze, stir
the sorbet by hand every 1/2 hour for two hours to prevent crystallisation.
If you don’t have the time to make the orange sorbet, just buy it already made… this would make a perfect last minute Valentine dessert!
