Circus Party

July 27, 2012 |  by  |  Blog, DIY, Party

It’s party time! Especially now, since the kids are in summer camp;-)

The cupcakes are actually baked in the paper cups in the oven. Just had to bake them a little longer, since they are about double the size of a normal cupcake. After that I wrapped them in striped printed paper.

I actually saw those cupcake toppers  in one of Sweet Paul’s Magazines, but couldn’t find a vendor, so I just made them–>

If you don’t care too much about doing them yourself, you can find really cute ones here.

Perfect for parties: Bubbles! See here how to make the best bubbles ever! I made a little wand out of craft wire, easy peasy and works like a charm;-)

Roll some letter sized paper, cut it even on the bottom, fix with tape and sew a fringe to the bottom. Attach some lametta to the top. Voila!

Glassine envelopes and homemade confetti. Envelopes from here. If you don’t have confetti or a way to make it, just cut some colored paper in stripes and squares. Who said that confetti has to be round;-)

Cardboard french fries box from here. I guess you could put real fries in as well, but for now I used some fruit candy. Delicious as well!

….and mini cupcakes.

And here are the printables, enjoy!

A happy weekend!

    • Wahrscheinlich nicht in Deutschland zu kriegen aber du kannst auch 1 Tasse Zucker in 1/4 Tasse warmes Wasser mischen:-)

  4. You are amazingly creative! Love how each party element is like an Art project from childhood!

  5. Woe, das sieht nach wahnsinnig viel Arbeit aus!!!

Aber das Ergebnis ist wunderbar :) Wirklich, wirklich wahnsinn. Gefällt mir sehr gut.
