Star Fruit Popsicles
Spring is making his move here, so I thought, something fresh and sunny would be appropriate. So we made lemon-star fruit popsicles last weekend. And along with the popsicles, I designed those little ‘you are my star‘ flags. Perfect for a birthday or just like that, we don’t always need a party to tell someone ‘you are my star’!
In a saucepan, heat all the ingredients until the sugar has completely dissolved. Pour into little plastic cups or popsicle molds. Insert a slice of star fruit and the sticks. Freeze for 6 hours. Voila!
Print out the flags and attach to the sticks. Voila!
This awesome bright melamine pitcher is from here and would perfectly go with those! The vintage metal cake stand or platter (perfect for fruits too!) is from here. The zinc sign is from here.

I wish you had posted these great popsicles last week and I would definitely have included them into my yellow party post. Thanks for bringing the sunshine color into yet another grey and cold day. Keep up the hope for sun!!

Aww, unfortunate;-) next time!
Spotted this post on Hello Cotton… Really love how bright & fresh everything looks. The popsicle tutorial – I CANNOT WAIT TO TRY THIS – I found a fab recipe for a blueberry “mocktail” yesterday too that looks amazing. All I need now is for the sun to come out!

What a cute idea! Yellow is my favourite Spring colour this year, so I definitely have to make these!
