Ice Cream Cake
Ice cream cakes are not only impressive to look at, but they’re also easier to make than you might think. Decorating them with flowers or berries make them a real eyecatcher.
Ice cream// pre-made biskuit dough// jelly// berries// edible flowers
I wanted my cake smaller, so I used a glass bowl to cut the right size out of the pre-made dough. I made 3 layers.
I started with the biskuit, spread some jelly on it, then added ice cream, then a layer of biskuit again, and so on… your last layer will be ice cream. You can decorate the top with berries and edible flowers.
You have to work pretty quick, otherwise everything melts. When you are finished, sit the cake in the freezer for a little while and only take out when you are ready to eat it.
