Dinner Chair Slip Cover {Make your own piping}

Dinner Chair Slip Cover {Make your own piping}

April 15, 2011 |  by  |  Blog, DIY, Sewing

Hi sweets, how are ya?

Today I tell you how to make your own cording for pillow piping. I wanted to make a chair slip cover for my dining chairs, but I didn’t have cording. So I decided to make my own cording for piping out of …… aluminum foil!

Here are the instructions:

Cut a 2inch wide fabric piece in the desired length. Cut your aluminum foil to the same length and roll it in to a pipe. Depending on how thick you want your piping, you might want to cut the foil’s width in half.

A good day!
